Mr. Vivek Agrawal

Dr. Vivek Agrawal is a Consultant Neurosurgeon with a keen interest in interventional neuroradiology and neurospine surgery. He is currently based in Mumbai, practising at Sir HN Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Centre.

Dr. Vivek Agrawal holds an MS degree in General Surgery from MLB Medical College (Jhansi) and an MCh degree in Neurosurgery from Grant Medical College (Mumbai). In addition he has embellished his knowledge and skills in his chosen field of specialisation by attending a large number of conferences and advanced courses and undergoing fellowships in India and overseas.

Dr. Vivek Agrawal began his professional career as a Registrar in the Department of Neurosurgery, Bombay Hospital, Mumbai from August to September 2007 and then at the Grant Medical College and Sir JJ Group of Hospitals, Mumbai, until July 2010. He was promoted as Assistant Professor in August 2010, a post he held till January 2012. Following this, he pursued fellowships in Australia, Switzerland and Germany in neurosurgery and neuroradiology until January 2013. An award winner for outstanding performance and achievement throughout his academic and professional career, Dr. Agrawal has also contributed many research-based papers that have either been published as articles in peer-reviewed journals or presented at conferences connected to his area of expertise. He is a respected member of several associations related to neurology.
